Scissors is convinced he’s found his true calling after teaming up with Dreamscape, a villain whose powers are all about sleep. Together, they start pulling off schemes that let Scissors shine in a new way. But as the partnership deepens, he begins to wonder if this so-called "thing" is actually leading him down a dangerous path.
