Gordon Brittas oversees operations at Whitbury Leisure Centre, but things take a turn when he rudely confronts a construction worker, leading the crew to walk off the job. The situation worsens as he also manages to offend one of his employees, setting the stage for a chaotic meeting with the staff. As tensions rise, Gordon finds himself facing the repercussions of his actions.
