As Magoo searches for UFOs, he accidentally stumbles into the sinister lair of his neighbor. There, he discovers that the villainous hamster, Fizz, has created a contraption that can tie shoes, which he intends to use to take over the world. Now, it’s up to Magoo to thwart this malevolent extraterrestrial threat.
