The Lucy Show (1962)
The Lucy Show, an American sitcom that ran on CBS from 1962 to 1968, marked Lucille Ball’s return to television after I Love Lucy. The show underwent a significant transformation in its 1965–66 season, resulting in two distinct eras with a revamped cast; only Gale Gordon, who joined in the second season, remained alongside Ball. Vivian Vance co-starred for the first three seasons. Initially titled The Lucille Ball Show, it was ultimately named The Lucy Show. Ball garnered consecutive Emmy Awards for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series during the show's final two seasons, 1966-68.
