In early 20th-century China, the White Lotus Society schemes to install their chosen heir as Emperor by securing a marriage to Princess Sun Yu, who holds a crucial jade ring. They send Yueng Kwan to retrieve her. But Yueng Kwan is a secret patriot aligned with Sun Yat Sen’s revolutionaries. Instead, he kidnaps Sun Yu and seeks shelter with the father of the future hero Wong Fei Hung.
