She first captured audience attention with her roles in "Lale Devri," "Medcezir" (the Turkish adaptation of "The O.C."), "Fi," and the fantasy series "Şahmaran," showcasing her versatility as an actress.

Sarıkaya's artistic journey began at a young age. She graduated from the theatre department of Istanbul's Fine Arts High School and made her acting debut at just fourteen in the film "Şaşkın" (2006), subsequently appearing in "Plajda" (2008). Her breakout role came with the fantasy children's series "Peri Masalı" in 2008, followed by her standout performance as Sofia in the crime comedy series "Adanalı," which aired from 2008 to 2010.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with notable actors, including Nejat İşler in the films "Behzat Ç. Ankara Yanıyor" and "İkimizin Yerine."
