John Henson
John Morris Henson, born on July 11, 1967, is a multifaceted American comedian, actor, and television host, renowned for his engaging presence and humor. Henson kicked off his professional journey as a stand-up comedian, gaining traction in the entertainment industry during the mid to late 1990s with his film appearances. He became a household name for his role as the longest-serving host of *Talk Soup* on the E! Entertainment Network, where he helmed over 1,000 episodes during his four-year tenure.
In 2004, Henson launched *The John Henson Project*, a comedy-reality show on Spike TV that, despite its brief run, showcased his unique style. He also hosted several notable specials, such as ABC's *Best Commercials You've Never Seen* and the *33rd Annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards*. From 2005 to 2007, he co-hosted *Watch This!*, a daily show on the TV Guide Channel, while also contributing entertaining segments for MSNBC and CNN. Henson made a memorable cameo as a local newscaster in the hit series *My Name Is Earl*.
